Mentor Certificate
Mentoring is different from coaching and consulting. Mentors are able to say, “I’ve been there, and done that.” Good mentors learn from their successes and failures. They share their experiences to help others succeed.
Our Mentor Certificate trains you in the best practices of mentoring. This is a clear Christian Mentoring Certificate that trains you to succeed as a mentor and help others grow in their faith. Each training includes a module on how to partner with church leaders to lead a flourishing congregation.
We typically;y offer mentor cohorts twice a year. We can also organize a private mentor cohort for you and your group (or church)!
Mentor Certificate Scheduled Cohort
October 8 - October 29
6pm - 8pm (central time)
Our Mentoring Cohort comprises twelve hours of training.
4 hours of self-paced video training
8 hours of synchronous group training
Each week, participants will access their learning portal and complete their one-hour module. Then, participants will gather at the scheduled synchronous session for a 2-hour group training. This schedule will continue for the 4-week cohort.
