1) Coaching

PCU delivers coaching to individuals, companies, churches, and teams. A PCU-certified coach delivers professional coaching at the highest level.

2) Training and Certification

As an ICF Approved Coach Training Program, the Professional Coach Training Program (PCTP) is the official Coach Training Program of Professional Coach University. We currently offer five coaching courses and one mentoring course:

  • Introduction to Coaching (5 hours): Self-paced

  • Coaching Fundamentals (15 hours)

  • Coaching as a Leadership Discipline (15 hours)

  • Designing Transformational Coaching Experiences (15 hours)

  • Coaching Change (15 hours)

Completion of all courses satisfies the academic requirements to apply for ACC coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Completion of the program earns your Certified Coach certification with PCU. This program also satisfies all academic requirements for your Executive Certified Coach certification with Professional Coach University.

About our President:

Dr. Michael Smith, D.Min., PCC

Michael is a professional coach who partners with leaders and professionals to dream bigger, reach goals faster and make a lasting impact. Michael began coaching in 2012, and launched Professional Coach University in 2019.

Michael is happily married to Kimberly and together have 6 children.
